2. Description of Services

CKCloudai provides cloud infrastructure services including but not limited to: elastic compute, block storage, object storage, virtual private cloud, load balancing, database services, AI inference services, and related tools and APIs. The specific features and functionalities may vary based on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Conduct unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
• Host or distribute illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Fees are charged based on your selected pricing plan and actual usage. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5.3 Late Payments

If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide reliable Services with high availability. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides specific uptime commitments and remedies for service disruptions. The SLA is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on our website.

7. Data Ownership and Security

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CKCLOUDAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CKCloudai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will be discontinued
• You must pay all outstanding fees
• We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
